Shipping, returns and refunds

Where we ship
Orders can be delivered to: US, CA, FR. Other destinations are refused at checkout.
Delivery times
When a delivery estimate is available it is shown at checkout for your address. It is an estimate from the shipping method, not a promised delivery date.
Order status and carrier tracking
Your order page shows the order status (received, confirmed, preparing, shipped, delivered). Carrier tracking is shown separately once a parcel has been handed to a carrier; carrier status comes from the carrier.
Returns
To ask for a return, email amineamdouni24@gmail.com. Which items can be returned, within what time, in what condition and who pays return shipping: Pending legal review.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Whether shipping, duties or a restocking amount are refunded: Pending legal review.
